- Why is it called “Eight Minute Movies” if the episodes are longer than eight minutes?How it works is we watch each film in eight minute chunks, and then we talk about each chunk for as long as we feel like, until we reach the end of the film. Each episode is us talking about the next eight minute section of footage.
